Our story
Started because a client got a bad answer.
Stephanie Heckler spent eleven years on the operations side of commercial property in San Diego County before starting this company. The turning point was a burglary at a tenant's suite in 2013: the cameras were four years old, the recorder had stopped writing in March, and the national provider on contract took nine days to send someone.
Ledgestone Security Partners opened in 2014 with a narrow premise — that a security system is a maintained service, not a box of hardware — and has stayed deliberately regional ever since. We have turned down franchise offers twice. The response times we promise only work because our technicians live here.
Today the team is eleven people: four field technicians, two designers, two monitoring coordinators, a project manager, an office administrator and Stephanie, who still walks most first-time sites personally.

Non-proprietary hardware, your licences, your admin credentials, your recordings. No hostage contracts.

W-2 technicians, background-checked and badged. You will recognise the crew that returns for service.
Answer the phone
A person during business hours and a real on-call technician outside them. Not a ticket queue.
